These terms govern your use of the Parvaz website, account, and subscription service. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You can sign in with email and password or a supported provider (Google or GitHub).

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered as a recurring subscription, billed through Lemon Squeezy or Paddle depending on your region. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and may be adjusted for your region at checkout.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy and Paddle act as our payment processors, both as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details. These providers may send receipts, tax documents, and payment-related notices directly to you.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

Using the service

Use the service lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, share your access to circumvent billing, or submit other people's information without their consent.

Intellectual property

The Parvaz name, branding, and the content of this site are ours. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Any roadmap, pricing, or feature information may change as Parvaz evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
